Broken Screen Service Policy

The broken screen service is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If your item is covered by broken screen service and the indoor or outdoor screen (excluding the back cover) is broken due to accidental drop, collision, crush or other events, please provide us with relevant proof (order number, IMEI number and three photos of the damaged screen). Banggood will provide a one-time compensation based on the value of the item.

Noticeable:

1. One item has only one chance to get broken screen compensation.
2. If you exchange the item successfully before sending it, the broken screen lock will be invalid automatically.
3. If you want to xchange item, Banggood will compare the price of the original item (original item value price the broken screen lock price) with the price of the new item. Any overpayment and any shortfall must be refunded based on the item exchange rules.
4. Banggood will send the accessory if the projector screen is broken and your order item is covered by this insurance.
5. In addition, You can also repair locally or buy an accessory to fix it. Banggood will offer reimbursement based on the relevant invoice, but the reimbursement amount does not exceed 20% of the item’s value.
