At Air Arabia, we think that our customers should only pay for the services they need.
This is why we offer a wide range of optional services allowing you to choose the extras that you value and save even more.
The prices of the optional services can vary by flight. Select your origin and destination to get the details about the services applicable on your flight.
You can modify the day of travel or even the destination of your trip online or by contacting our call centre, or by visiting our sales offices and partner travel agents.
We will require your reservation number for this process and we will apply a modification fee
plus any fare difference that may occur.
Modifications can be done up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time (72 hours for flights from/to Morocco)
if you booked Basic Fare. However, if you purchased Flexi, you will be able to do the modification
up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time without any modification charge.
You can always apply for a FREE name change if the reservation is still on hold and you still did not pay for it. However, once the reservation is paid,
to change the name of the passenger,
we will require you to pay a name change fee of AED 350.00 on Air Arabia Sharjah & Air Arabia Abu Dhabi & EGP 600 on Air Arabia Egypt,
as well as any fare difference if applicable.
Please note that we do require you to complete this process at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure.
Infants under two years old are entitled to one standard-sized bag (for items an infant may require during the flight).
You can choose your seat when you book your flights at an additional charge. If you do not pre-select your seat, our staff will assign an available seat for you during the time of check in.
For safety precautions, emergency seats have special requirements as passengers travelling
with their infants, and passengers with limited mobility are unable to utilize these seats .
