We understand that your time is precious. Our same day delivery service is perfect for last-minute purchases. Place your order by 10 am DST for delivery between 10 am and 7 pm (Sunday through Thursday). So, You can also choose a day that suits you to receive the delivery, up to seven days in advance (valid only in the UAE).
An order that has already been placed cannot be amended. You are welcome to make additional purchases, and we will try our best to send your items all at once.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. For orders delivered within the UAE, we aim to deliver within 3 business days. In addition, For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 3 – 7 business days.
